Peter Greven Fett-Chemie is a producer of oleochemical additives and auxiliaries. It was established in 1923 as a family owned company which has been developed into an important international known company.
In our headquarter in Germany we produce tallow based metallic soaps, ester lubricants, fatty acids and glycerine. Due to the variety of the products and the wide product range we can offer our additives to many different industries, e.g. the plastic-, paper-, building, rubber and lubricant industry.
Beside the headquarter in Bad Münstereifel we have a dedicated production plant in Venlo where we produce vegetables based products. All of our in Venlo produced stearates meet the GMP and the food regulations, furthermore they are kosher and halal certified by the Orthodox Union (OU).
A second foothold of the company is the in 2007 established Joint venture Peter Greven Asia in Penang, Malaysia. Peter Greven Asia is to 60% owned by Peter Greven and to 40% by IOI. The main markets for the Joint Venture will be the Asian markets China, India, Japan, Korea and Taiwan, but also Middle East and the U.S..
The Peter Greven Oleochemical Group has over 220 employees and a worldwide distribution network. One of the strength of the company is its flexibility to react on customers needs and to offer an excellent after-sales-service. Our intention is to grow, therefore we invest in research and development to offer innovative products that meets the customers demands.
In the years between 2004-2005 the skin protection area was reorganised and a new building in Euskirchen was established. All activities of the skin protection division of the Peter Greven Group were concentrated on a 16000m² .
