We, company Peter Greven intend to concentrate more on our core-business in the oleochemical sector in the future. However, for our wire-drawing business we did not see any possibility to reach a leading position by ourselves and therefore decided to sell this business to company August Neuhoff - Traxit International by July 7th, 2008.

Simultaneously, we agreed on a close cooperation with company August Neuhoff which contains among others the supply of raw materials and realisation of toll-productions for wire drawing agents. For all customers we assure a smooth business-transfer, the products are continuously available in unaltered quality.
