ast Friday, North Rhine-Westphalia’s Minister of Economics Pinkwart and Rhineland-Palatinate’s Minister of Economics Schmitt visited companies in both federal states that have been affected by the floods. Therefore, they also visited our site in Bad Münstereifel.

Our managing directors Peter Greven and Dr. Hermann Josef Stolz took them on a plant tour and gave them information on the current status at our company. This allowed the ministers to get a better understanding of the local situation.

Peter Greven also used the visit to tell the minister what is important for our company right now: unbureaucratic and quick approvals for the reconstruction of production lines and fast restoration of infrastructure – especially roads.

Meanwhile, the cleaning and repair work will go on. We stay positive and still think that the first production lines will be back to operation during August.
